When will I receive my TV Box?
TV Box delivery without Internet
If you have signed up for a yallo TV subscription without Internet, the TV Box will generally be shipped on the next business day.

TV Box delivery with Internet
If you have signed up for a yallo Home Internet+TV subscription, the TV Box will be shipped roughly one day after the Internet Box. Even without the TV Box, you can already use yallo TV on other devices (Apple TV, computer, smartphone, tablet).

How can I return my TV Box?
If you only want to use yallo TV on other devices and have no use for the TV Box, you can of course return it for free via a Paeckli Punkt (kiosk, avec or P&B)
by following the instructions on the enclosed return slip.
