When will I receive my TV Box?

TV Box delivery without Internet:
If you have signed up for a yallo TV subscription without Internet, the TV Box will generally be shipped on the next business day.

TV Box delivery with Internet:
If you have signed up for a yallo Home Internet+TV subscription, the TV Box will be shipped roughly two days after Internet activation. Even without the TV Box, you can already use yallo TV on other devices (Apple TV, computer, smartphone, tablet).

Do I have to return my TV Box after cancellation?

If you have already used the TV box, you are allowed to keep it as a gift in the event of a cancellation, in order to use other streaming apps. You do not have to send it back to us.

How can I return my TV Box?

If you only want to use yallo TV on other devices and have no use for the TV Box, you can of course return it for free via a Paeckli Punkt (kiosk, avec or P&B) by following the instructions on the enclosed return slip.
