If you’re receiving unwanted advertising, you have two options:

1. Under Settings, activate our call filter:
With the call filter activated, yallo automatically blocks unlawful calls on the mobile network. It works for all yallo mobile customers and is free of charge. The call filter blocks all numbers that have been reported to us by the authorities (e.g. by the National Cyber Security Center NCSC) and declared as SPAM. These include calls from call centers that do not respect phone book entries marked with an asterisk. Phone numbers that are reported directly to us or other telecommunications companies can be blocked as well. The filter also takes effect if a high number of calls are made from a single number in a very short period of time.

2. Do you want to add additional numbers to the call filter?
Have you received abusive calls or messages or unsolicited advertising and want to know who’s behind them? Please contact us and describe your issue. We will look into your issue and – if justified – add the numbers you report to the call filter.

If you suspect that your own calls have mistakenly been blocked by the call filter: Please describe your issue and report it directly.
