If you are moving within Switzerland, you can keep your product at best price. Please proceed as follows:
- Order a new Internet plan for your new address online in myyallo.ch
- Once you have received from us a confirmation of the activation date, you can cancel your old Internet plan immediately and without fees. We also will make sure, that you will have the best price possible. You can reach us Monday through Friday from 9:00 to 17:00, by phone at 0840 00 33 77 or by chat.

Do you want to change your connection technology, because it suits better to your new home? With yallo, surely you can (e.g., from Home Cable to Home Fiber or vice versa).
When you move, you only pay the activation costs for the Internet subscription at your new location. We cover all other expenses. You can return the old box to the following address.
