Receiving your first bill
Your first bill will be sent to you by email at the end of the month in which you were activated on our network. We normally send all of our bills by email at no charge. If you want to receive paper bills (at a charge of CHF 4.00), you can easily change this in my yallo under "Bills and Usage."

Amount of the first bill
The amount of your first bill will be significantly higher than usual because the plan fees for the first two months (first month pro-rated, depending on the activation date, second month full monthly charge) are charged on the first bill. Starting with your second bill, the basic fee for the current month and the usage costs for the previous month will be charged. In addition, the SIM activation fee will appear on your first bill if you did not already pay for it at the point of sale.
