Once you receive the activation information via e-mail or SMS this will mean that your connection has been activated and you can begin the installation process. You will also be told which OTO outlet you need to connect the box to.

Install the modem (yallo Home Max Fiber Box) with the help of the Quick Starter Guides: Link.

Important: The box must be placed vertically with the stand to ensure optimal WLAN reception.

Tip: Place the box in a central location in your apartment, not inside a wardrobe or other piece of furniture.

Important: When plugging in the yallo Home Max Fiber Box, please make sure that the cable you plug into the box is pressed in firmly until it makes a "clack".  Please do not bend the cable.
