Change of Ownership

Do you want to change the owner for your Internet plan?

Example: You are moving out of your shared apartment and another tenant in your apartment wants to take over your Internet plan.

1. First cancel your existing Internet plan via the Relations team. You can reach us Monday through Friday from 9:00 to 17:00, by phone at 0840 00 33 77 or by chat
2. As soon as the cancellation has been entered, the new owner can order a new Internet plan in their name at the same address via myyallo.ch
3. The new or old owner should then contact Customer Service. We’ll waive the new owner’s activation fee and the previous owner’s cancellation fees

By the way: The new owner will receive a new modem. The old one will no longer work after the switch. You can return the old box to the following address.
