The fiber optic cable socket (also known as an OTO socket) is an optical telecommunications socket (= OTO stands for Optical Termination socket).
In order to activate fiber optic Internet in your home, we require your fiber number, also known as your OTO ID.
- The number is printed directly on the fiber optic cable socket (OTO socket).
- The number usually begins with an A or B (in some cases with an O or WP), followed by a 10-digit number in the following format: A.XXX.XXX.XXX.X.
- If you have any problems, your building management company or the previous tenant can give you the information you need.
