I get a message saying I'm not in Switzerland even though I am in Switzerland. What can I do?
Please deactivate all VPNs, adblockers and other plugins which might be causing the error. You can also try using a different browser. If the problem persists, please contact customer service and tell them your yallo TV user ID, which can be found in yallo TV under settings-support.
I don't get a stream - I get an error message saying "Es gibt ein Problem mit dem Stream". What can I do about it?
There seems to be a problem with the stream. The stream should work again shortly, but the affected part cannot be restored.

If you are using yallo TV in the browser, please reload the URL and check that you are using a current browser version.
If you are using the yallo TV app, please visit the App Store or Google Play Store and check that you have the latest version (advice: activate automatic updates so that you are always up to date). If you are already using the current version of the app, please close and restart it.
