The image has interruptions and is not smooth. What can I do?
It seems that you are not receiving the maximum bitrate. This can have several causes, and we recommend that you check the following:
- Your Wi-Fi connection could be unstable (if you are watching on your TV, we recommend that you use the internet cable)
- Your Wi-Fi box is too far away from your television
- Your internet connection is being used by several household members at the same time
- You are using the internet for several activities at once (for example for gaming, downloading or more streams)
