Why is the beginning or ending of my recorded program missing?
yallo TV is based on the published schedules of the TV stations. Program changes can occur, so that the start of the next program is delayed and it ends later than scheduled.
We add a buffer of 5 minutes at the beginning and 15 minutes at the end of each program to avoid recordings being cut off. However, if the delay is longer, a part of the program may be missing in your recording.
The wrong program has been recorded. What can I do?
This has to do with changes in the program schedule, on which we have no influence. For example, live broadcasts sometimes take longer than planned. We recommend checking whether the program you were intending to watch is being repeated in the same week.
