yallo keeps things flexible for you. Generally speaking, the notice period is just 60 days up to the end of the month. If, for example, you cancel your plan on 15 August, it will run until the end of October.
If you have a contract with a minimum contract duration (e.g. due to a device option), you cannot cancel your contract until 60 days prior to the end of the minimum contract duration.
It is possible to cancel your plan without being subject to this notice period. However, in this case you will have to pay the basic monthly fee through to the standard cancellation date as well as a processing fee. yallo does not charge the kind of extortionate cancellation fees you may find at other providers.
