If you would like to switch to a different provider, it’s important that you know the exact cancellation date. You have the following options:

Do you want to cancel without keeping your old phone number? Then you typically only need to know the following:
The general notice period is usually just 2 months to the end of any month. That’s the flexibility of yallo. For example, if you cancel on August 15, your subscription will run until the end of October. If you have a contract with a minimum duration, you can cancel it no earlier than the end of the first month after this period has expired. Afterwards, you can cancel with 2 months’ notice, and your subscription will end after the second month.
It is possible to cancel your plan without being subject to this notice period. However, in this case you will have to pay the basic monthly fee through to the standard cancellation date as well as a processing fee. yallo does not charge the kind of extortionate cancellation fees you may find at other providers.
