If your SIM is lost or defective, your best course of action is to contact a Fust, Interdiscount or Mobilezone store or to talk to someone at a post office counter. You can get a new SIM at any of these locations. Simply tell them that you need a new SIM card for switching (not activated).
You can get a new SIM card for switching at one of the following locations:
- Interdiscount: CHF 40.–
- Mobilezone: CHF 40.–
- Post office: CHF 59.90
- Fust: CHF 59.–
Contact us via the Chat once you have received a new SIM in order to activate the card.
If you lose your SIM prior to activation and want to carry over your number from your old provider, you will only be able to do so after the porting date. We will inform you in advance by SMS about the porting date. Or check your porting status in my yallo at any time.
