If you find a mistake in your name, please contact our support team so we can correct it. The best way to do this is to go to the Help page and click on the green Chat symbol at the bottom right. If your name has changed, for example due to marriage, you can also have it updated by our support team. However, in this case you must validate your ID online again so that we can confirm your identity.
