As a telecom provider, we are legally bound to confirm your identity when you purchase one of our products. The easiest and most convenient way to do this is digitally. You can scan your ID directly during the purchase process, or repeat this here in my yallo if there are any problems. You'll see here what types of ID you can use.
Another option is to have your ID validated by the Swiss Post. However, this can take a little longer and we can only send you the SIM or yallo GoXL Box after successful confirmation has been provided. If you are not at home, the mail carrier will leave you a note so that you can have your identity confirmed at the post office counter. You will then have seven days to go to your post office. It is important that you show the mail carrier or post office worker the same ID you used when making the purchase.
If you miss the seven-day deadline, you can still become a yallo customer. After the deadline, we will send you a link for digital identity verification by email. You can also perform ID validation at any time in your my yallo account after the seven-day period. You can then confirm your ID digitally with just a few clicks.
