Listening to my voicemail (mailbox)

All messages sent to you go to your voicemail. If you have a message in your voicemail, you will be notified by SMS.

In Switzerland

  • You can listen to all messages in your voicemail for free.
  • You can reach the voicemail from your mobile phone by dialing 076 333 33 33 or 086 + your mobile number 07x xxx xx xx.
  • From a different mobile phone/telephone, you can reach the voicemail by dialing 086 + your mobile number 07x xxx xx xx. To listen to the messages, press the * key and enter you voicemail password followed by the # key.
  • If you do not know your voicemail password, simply press the * key again.

When abroad

  • You can reach the voicemail by dialing +4186 + your mobile number 07x xxx xx xx.
  • To listen to the messages, enter your voicemail password followed by the # key.
  • If you do not know your voicemail password, simply press the * key again.

 

When abroad, calls will be forwarded to the yallo voicemail and charged at the standard rate for calls in Switzerland. To avoid these costs, you have the following options:

  • Deactivate the yallo voicemail before traveling abroad by sending VOICEMAIL OFF to 255; to reactivate the voicemail simply send VOICEMAIL ON to 255.
  • Deactivate and reactivate the yallo voicemail and change language settings in my yallo.
