We are sorry to hear that you are no longer satisfied with our prepaid service. Our plans may be a good option for you depending on what you are looking for. You will be able to keep your phone number – we will port it for you.
If you no longer wish to use your yallo prepaid SIM, you do not need to submit a formal request for cancellation. If the number in question is not used for an extended period of time, it will be automatically reclaimed. Please note that you will lose your phone number if this happens.
If you would like to take your yallo prepaid number to a different provider, you will need to arrange for it to be ported.

Good to know: If your prepaid mobile connection remains unused for 12 months, yallo reserves the right to block the connection without notice. If you do not request the reactivation of the connection within the following six months, yallo reserves the right to cancel the contract and reclaim the phone number so it can be reissued. Any funds on your card or account credits will not be refunded.
