If you are currently still receiving paper bills, you can change this in my yallo under "Bills and Usage". There is no charge for email billing and it is good for the environment. To change the setting, click on the slider on the right side to select the option "Email billing." The slider will change to colored.

Click on "Change setting" below the large green button (see screenshot). Then click on the slider on the right. After closing the small window, a message appears above "Change setting" stating that you will now receive your bills by email.

Important: You can only receive your bills by email if you have verified your email address. If a yellow message bar is shown at the top of the "Bills and Usage" page, you have not yet verified your email address. To do so, click on the button "Send validation email" on the yellow bar.
