Our cancellation service is free of charge. You can use our free cancellation hotline within Switzerland or contact us via chat from anywhere in the world. This way, your request can be handled quickly and efficiently, without any additional costs such as postage.

How to cancel or suspend

You can contact us via our dedicated cancellation hotline or the yallo chat for help with your contract. We’ll take care of everything quickly and easily.

- Availability: Monday through Friday, 09:00 - 17:00.

- Written Cancellations: Cancellations by email or post are not supported. A few key details need to be confirmed during the process, which is why we handle cancellations directly with you. This helps avoid misunderstandings, delays, or additional costs.

Leaving yallo and keeping your number (Porting)

If you are switching to a different provider and want to keep your current number, it is important to clarify your exact termination date with us first to avoid unnecessary costs.

Alternatives to canceling

Before you decide to leave, consider if one of these options fits your needs better:

- Suspend your plan: Instead of canceling and losing your number, you can pause your plan for up to 12 months. During this time, you will not be billed any monthly charges. Ask our team about the terms for pausing.

- Switch to a different offer: We can help you find a plan that better fits your current requirements.

- Special loyalty offers: We’d love for you to stay! We have especially attractive prices reserved for our loyal customers. You can still proceed with your cancellation if these offers don’t change your mind.
