We offer you our cancellation service via hotline or chat. Our Relations Team will take care of all administrative matters quickly and with no fuss. You can reach us Monday to Friday, 9 a.m. to 5 p.m.

Cancel plan without phone number porting
If you no longer need your plan or phone number, you can cancel it. Different options are available to you:

You'll always benefit the most with yallo. You can still cancel if the loyalty offer doesn’t change your mind.
Suspend your plan instead of canceling it. With this option you won't lose your number. You can pause for up to 12 months. During this time, you will not be billed any monthly charges. Ask the Relations Team about the precise terms for pausing your subscription.
