You can cancel your plan within seven days of concluding the contract.
There are different procedures for canceling your order depending on where you placed it.
Did you order your plan with yallo online or by phone?
- If so, chat to our relations team or give them a call. Cancellation request (contact details below).
Did you register for a plan in a physical store?
- Go to the branch where you signed your plan contract and request the cancellation there.
