How do I return my device?
If we have contacted you to return your device, follow the steps below.
Please note: Make sure you return your devices in time, otherwise we may charge you a fee for missed returnals.
1. Create a return label and print it
If you already have a label - great! If not, you can create a separate label here. If you want to return multiple devices, you can place them all in one package using one return label. Please note that a printed label can only be used onces.
2. Place the label on your package
Please make sure that you affix the label carefully and in a clearly visible location at the right bottom of the largest side of the package.
3. Return the device
You can return the device at one of the more than 1,200 Päckli Punkt stations.
