No sound or too quiet
TV Box:
Please make sure that the volume is set sufficiently high, both with the TV remote and with the TV Box remote. Also, check that your TV Box is up to date and that the latest software update is installed. If you are using an external sound system, please try without it.

Other devices:
If you are using yallo TV on your computer or mobile device, apart from the volume settings, please make sure that the volume symbol in the player is not set to mute.

Incorrect language
If a programme is available in different languages or with subtitles, you can change the language using the speech bubble icon.
If you want to change the language of the entire user interface, you can do this on the TV by changing the device settings of Android TV or Apple TV. On the computer and mobile device, you can change the language directly in the yallo TV settings.
