If the picture falters or is characterised by short interruptions, this is due to the Internet connection or WLAN stability or strength. If you use a Home Internet product from yallo, please contact our customer service. Otherwise, we recommend that you check the following possible causes:
The WiFi box is far away from the device on which you are using yallo TV.
Your WiFi connection is unstable (if you are watching on the TV, we recommend using the LAN connection).
- The Internet connection is being used by too many household members at the same time.
- You are using the internet for multiple activities at the same time (for example, gaming, downloading or other streaming)
If the picture takes on strange pink tones, this is due to your TV. Please change the picture settings of your TV to RGB colours. If this does not help, you can deactivate the automatic resolution in the settings of the TV box under Device Settings - Advance Options - Display - Screen Resolution and change it to 720p59.94hz.
HDMI Source / No Signal
Please make sure that the HDMI cable is properly connected to the TV and the TV Box and select the correct input source with the remote control of your TV. The symbol of the button on the remote control is usually a rectangle with an arrow pointing into it.
