7 days of replay are only available if you have a yallo TV subscription - replay is not included in the advertising-financed and completely free yallo Free TV offer.
Therefore, first make sure that you are logged in with the correct email address of your yallo TV subscription and not with a yallo Free TV account, which means that you do not have Replay and recordings are deleted after 2 weeks. You can see whether you are logged in with a yallo TV subscription or with yallo Free TV in the settings under Profile or under My Subscription.

Replay does not work
Please note that for legal reasons, the TV programme is only recorded after the activation of Replay and not retroactively. If you activated Replay yesterday, for example, only programmes that have been broadcast since yesterday will be available. One week after activation, you will have access to the previous 7 days. If you deactivate Replay once, you will lose the TV programme you have already recorded. This means that if you reactivate Replay, the recording will start at that time.

Why is the beginning or end of my recorded programme missing?
yallo TV is dependent on the broadcast times published by the TV stations. It can happen that there are last-minute programme changes or that a programme overruns so that the next one starts later and ends after the scheduled end time.
To prevent recordings from being incomplete, we add a buffer of 5 minutes at the beginning and 30 minutes at the end of each broadcast. However, if the broadcast is delayed even more, the delayed part is thus unfortunately not included in the recording.

The wrong programme was recorded, what can I do?
This is due to short-term programme changes by the television broadcasters, over which we unfortunately have no influence. The cause could be, for example, a live broadcast that lasts longer than planned. Films are often repeated in the same week. See if you can re-record the programme at another time.

Why doesn't series recording work with certain series?
Series recording is only available with a yallo TV subscription. Unfortunately, there are a few series that are technically not transmitted to us as a series - the episodes of these series can only be recorded individually.
