How do I activate my yallo Travel eSIM?

We recommend installing your yallo Travel eSIM before you travel while you still have a stable internet connection.

When you arrive at your destination:

① Enable your yallo Travel eSIM in your device settings.

② Select your yallo Travel eSIM.

③ Enable data roaming for your yallo Travel eSIM.

You'll be connected as soon as your device joins a supported local network.

Note: You can install your yallo Travel eSIM before you travel. The validity period of your data package starts when the yallo Travel eSIM first connects to a supported mobile network in the destination.

What settings do I need abroad?

To use your yallo Travel eSIM for mobile data and reduce the risk of roaming charges on your primary SIM:

▸ Keep your primary SIM active if you want to receive calls and SMS.

▸ Disable mobile data and data roaming on your primary SIM.

▸ Select your yallo Travel eSIM for mobile data and enable data roaming for your yallo Travel eSIM.

▸ Calls and SMS on your primary SIM may still be charged according to your mobile plan. The yallo Travel eSIM is for mobile data only and does not prevent charges generated through your primary SIM.
