If you successfully recommend yallo to a friend, you can both receive a reward of up to CHF 100.–, regardless of whether you are already a yallo customer or not.
It's very easy. Sign up on the recommendation page and get your referral link. Share it with your friends, family or acquaintances. If they purchase a Mobile or Internet subscription using your referral link, and they activate it, you’ll both receive a reward, and your reward will be credited to your account and ready for payout. The reward amount varies depending on whether a Mobile or Internet subscription is chosen.

How do I refer a friend?
Enter your email address on the recommendation page, and we’ll send you a referral link to share with your friends.
To receive the cash reward, your friend must successfully place an order and activate the subscription, using your referral link online.
What products can I refer?
You can refer products in these categories:
▸ Mobile Subscriptions
▸ Internet Subscriptions
▸ Internet + TV Subscriptions
Purchases in the following product categories are not eligible for the reward: Prepaid, Smartwatch, Data plans, TV plans.
Which promotions qualify for the rewards?
You will receive the reward regardless of the terms and conditions under which your friends have taken out a subscription. The important thing is that they complete the purchase via the referral link and activate it.
How much money can I earn?
We offer different rewards depending on the product your friend purchases (mobile or internet). You can refer our products to as many friends as you want, as many times as you like. Your friend can also purchase multiple products to increase your reward.
How and when will I receive the cash reward?
After your friend activated their plan (activation date), allow up to 60 days for your referral to be confirmed. We'll let you know once your reward is available. Log into your referral account to check the status – you'll get paid directly to your bank account.
I'm not a yallo customer. Can I still recommend someone?
Yes, you can. We reward everyone who successfully refers someone to yallo. However, you and your friend must reside in Switzerland.
Can I refer myself?
No, you can’t. It has to be someone else.
What should I do if I’ve forgotten my login details?
You can reset your referral account password here.
How can I see an overview of my rewards?
Sign in to your rewards account using the email address you registered with and your password or one-time verification code. Once logged in, go to "Dashboard" in the top-right menu to see all your rewards and their status.
How can I claim my confirmed reward?
You can request a payout of your confirmed reward to your bank account or PayPal account. To do so:
① Log into your rewards account
② Navigate to the ‘Balance’ section in the top-right menu.
③ Follow the on-screen steps to proceed with bank transfer payout method
