Here's how you can get your new internet experience in three easy steps:


Contents of the package:

1. Connect the fiber optic cable

• Remove the protective caps from both ends of the fiber optic cable.

• Open the flap on the fiber optic socket (OTO socket) and connect one end of the fiber optic cable to the designated slot (1-4, as per the activation message).

• Connect the other end of the fiber optic cable to the designated slot on the modem.

Note: Only use the cables provided for the installation.


2. Connect the power supply

• Plug the power supply into the round opening of the modem.

• Connect the power plug to your socket.

• Make sure the toggle switch is turned on.

Note: The modem will now automatically connect to the internet. Once the modem is online, the LED will light up white.


3. Connect your device

• Connect your device (e.g., laptop) either via LAN cable or Wi-Fi.

• To connect via Wi-Fi, you can either scan the QR code or connect manually.

• If you wish to change the Wi-Fi name and/or password, we have prepared an easy-to-follow guide for you here.

Note: Find the Wi-Fi name and password on the modem itself.

TIP: Give your Home Fiber Box 2 enough space
Place the Home Fiber Box 2 upright, with the front facing the room, to optimize the signal. Avoid hiding it in a shelf or behind the TV.
