yallo Home Box does not work

  • If your Internet isn't working check if the SIM card is inserted. Refer to the Setup section for the right size of SIM card and the right way to insert it into the slot.
  • If the issue persists, restart the router to restore the connection.
  • If the Internet still doesn't work after that, push the Reset button for more than 20 seconds. The Reset button is located besides the SIM Card access. This will reset your yallo Home Box to the factory settings and you can then reconfigure it.
  • If your Home Box still has no Internet connection after that, please contact our support team.
