Lost or stolen mobile phone

If you have lost your mobile phone or it has been stolen, you should first try to call your mobile phone. If nobody answers, you should block your SIM, which you can do very easily with our chat service or by calling our hotline.


Monday to Friday: 9:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m.

Saturday and Sunday: 10.00 a.m. to 7.00 p.m.
