To access your my yallo account, you can go directly to the login page, or visit www.yallo.ch/en. Once on the homepage, locate the "Login" button in the top right corner of the screen and click it to proceed to the login screen.

NEW: We are introducing Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) in my yallo.

What this means for you:

Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) is a security feature that adds an extra layer of protection to your my yallo account.
In addition to your phone number or email, you’ll need to create and use a personal password to log in securely.

How Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) benefits you:

We’re adding Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) to better protect your my yallo account.
With MFA, your account is more secure — even if someone else knows your phone number or email. This extra layer of protection helps ensure that only you can access your personal information and manage your services.

Set up Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA):

① Enter your yallo phone number.

② Enter the registration code you received by SMS.

③ Click on "Create password"

④ Now create your personal password for multi-factor authentication.

⚠️ Note that the password must meet the following requirements:

At least 8 characters

1 capital letter

1 lower case letter

1 special character

At least 1 number

⑤ The Multi-Factor Authentication registration has been successfully completed.
