How to get your TV Box
Most modern Smart TVs already support the yallo TV app directly. Because of this, we no longer send a physical TV Box by default, allowing you to choose if you actually need the extra hardware.
- Order your free box: If you prefer using our dedicated TV Box, you can order your first one for free at any time via my yallo under the "TV" section of your plan. Please note that if you ordered yallo TV as part of an Internet + TV subscription, you can only order the box once the Internet subscription is active.
- Shipping: Once you have placed your order in the portal, your TV Box will generally be shipped within 1–2 business days.

How can I return my TV Box?
Please return the TV Box that was provided to you free of charge as part of your subscription after the contract ends. If you no longer have the original return label, you can create a new return label here and return the device free of charge. Please follow the provided instructions.
