When will I receive my TV Box?

• TV Box delivery without Internet:

  If you have signed up for a yallo TV subscription without Internet, the TV Box will generally be shipped on the next business day.

• TV Box delivery with Internet:

  If you have signed up for a yallo Home Internet+TV subscription, the TV Box will be shipped roughly two days after Internet activation. Even without the TV Box, you can already use yallo TV on other devices (Apple TV, computer, smartphone, tablet).

How can I return my TV Box?
Please return the TV Box that was provided to you free of charge as part of your subscription after the contract ends. If you no longer have the original return label, you can create a new return label here and return the device free of charge. Please follow the provided instructions.
