When will I receive my TV Box?

• TV Box delivery without Internet:

  If you have signed up for a yallo TV subscription without Internet, the TV Box will generally be shipped on the next business day.

• TV Box delivery with Internet:

  If you ordered yallo TV as part of a bundled Home Internet+TV subscription, you will receive your TV Box about 1–2 days after your Internet activation.

  
  

  However, you can already use yallo TV now on other devices, for example in the browser of your laptop or computer on yallo.tv, or via the yallo TV app on:

  Smart TVs from Samsung/LG/Philips (from 2020 onwards)
  Android TV/Google TV devices (includes both Smart TVs and TV Boxes)
  Apple TV
  Smartphones and tablets

  
  

  The TV Box is only provided to ensure you have a great yallo TV experience even in case your owned device is not supported, but you don’t need to use it.

How can I return my TV Box?
Please return the TV Box that was provided to you free of charge as part of your subscription after the contract ends. If you no longer have the original return label, you can create a new return label here and return the device free of charge. Please follow the provided instructions.
