Do I need a TV Box?
No, you only need a TV Box if your Smart TV isn’t supported and you can’t find the yallo TV app.

– Android TV/Google TV Smart TVs and TV Boxes
– Apple TV
– Smart TVs from Samsung, LG and Philips (from 2020 onwards)
– Apple and Android smartphones and tablets
How do I install my yallo TV Box?
To set up your yallo TV Box easily, please follow the step-by-step instructions in our video guide on how to install your yallo TV Box.
How can I order a TV Box?
If your Smart TV isn’t supported and you can’t find the yallo TV app in the store, you can order one TV Box free of charge in my yallo. If you ordered yallo TV as part of an Internet+TV subscription, you can only order it once the internet subscription is active. If you need more TV Boxes, you can contact us to order up to 4 additional boxes for CHF 69 each.
Can I use Netflix and other apps with the TV Box?
With yallo TV you are completely flexible and can enjoy unlimited entertainment: The TV Box gives you access to the Google Play Store with many other apps, such as Netflix, Disney+, Sky, Canal+, Spotify or radio apps. However, we would like to point out that yallo is in no way responsible for the content and subscriptions of other apps.
