Here's how you can get your new internet experience in four easy steps.


Contents of the package:

1. Remove any pre-installed cables and adapters

• If you have connected any cables or adapters to the cable socket, please remove them before proceeding to step 2.

2. Attach Home Cable Box 2 cable A / B

• Choose the right cable for the type of your cable socket (see illustration)."

• Connect one end of the cable to the cable socket on the wall.

• Connect the other end of the cable to the designated slot on the modem.

Note: Use only the cables provided for the installation.


3. Connect the power supply

• Plug the power supply into the round opening of the modem.

• Connect the power plug to your socket.

• Make sure the toggle switch is turned on.

Note: The modem will now automatically connect to the internet. Once the modem is online, the LED will light up white.


4. Connect your device

• Connect your device (e.g., laptop) either via LAN cable or Wi-Fi

• To connect via Wi-Fi, you can either scan the QR code or connect manually

• If you wish to change the Wi-Fi name and/or password, we have prepared an easy-to-follow guide for you here

Note: Find the Wi-Fi name and password on the modem itself.

TIP: Give your Home Cable Box 2 enough space
Place the Home Cable Box 2 upright, with the front facing the room, to optimize the signal. Avoid hiding it in a shelf or behind the TV.
